What we do
A veteran-owned construction company specializing in earthwork and site preparation for residential and commercial projects. 7 services, each with its own page.
-
Excavation
Digging for foundations, footings and additions, plus the test holes and backfill that go with it.
-
Site Preparation
The full sequence that turns a raw or cluttered parcel into ground a builder can start on.
-
Grading
Rough grading to subgrade and finish grading to the tolerance the surface above it needs.
-
Drainage
Moving surface and roof water away from where it causes damage, and out to somewhere it is allowed to go.
-
Land Clearing
Clearing brush, trees and stumps to a defined line, and leaving ground that can be worked.
-
Driveways and Patios
Excavation, base and compaction under a driveway or patio, built so the surface on top of it lasts.
-
Trenching
Opening, protecting and backfilling trenches for utility installations, to the depth and grade your utility contractor specifies.
What we do not take on
It is worth saying plainly, because it saves everyone a phone call. We are an earthwork contractor. We move ground, shape it, drain it and prepare it. We do not pour the concrete, lay the asphalt, set the pavers, frame the building or make the final hookup to a public service. Those are separate trades with separate licences, and the good ones are worth waiting for.
Where a job crosses that line, we say so before you sign anything, and we work around the other contractor's schedule rather than in front of it.
Tell us what you are building
Send the details and we will come back with a scope and a price. If it is not work we do, we will say so and point you at someone who does.
