Rough grading to subgrade and finish grading to the tolerance the surface above it needs.

Moving surface and roof water away from where it causes damage, and out to somewhere it is allowed to go.

Clearing brush, trees and stumps to a defined line, and leaving ground that can be worked.

Driveways and Patios
Excavation, base and compaction under a driveway or patio, built so the surface on top of it lasts.

Opening, protecting and backfilling trenches for utility installations, to the depth and grade your utility contractor specifies.
How a job goes

You tell us what you need
Call, or send the quote form. The form asks the things we would ask on the phone anyway, including whether Dig Safe 811 has been out to mark the property.

We look at the site
Earthwork prices that are set from a photo are guesses. We want to see the access, the slope, the low corner and what the ground looks like where the machine has to sit.

You get a written scope and price
What is included, what is not, and what we assumed about the ground. If an assumption turns out wrong, you find out before the work happens, not on the invoice.

We do the work and leave it clean
Graded so the water leaves, tracked areas restored, and the site handed over in a state the next trade can start on.
